Welcome! The ECADRN Education Hub is designed to provide clear, actionable guidance for navigating the ADR industry. 

Each ADR course in the Hub includes:

• An overview of the field
• A “How To Get Started” guide with practical first steps
• Tips for building visibility and acceptability within that ADR practice area

We will continue adding new ADR fields over time. While our goal is to make the content as informative and helpful as possible, the Education Hub is a living resource and a constant work in progress.

We encourage members to leave comments directly on the pages. Your feedback helps the ECADRN team refine, improve, and update the content. Please keep all comments professional, respectful, and related to the topic.

To get started, we recommend watching the ECADRN ADR Spectrum video in this module, which introduces ADR as a continuum of dispute resolution fields, from the most conciliatory to the most adjudicative. The video helps orient you to how different ADR practices relate to one another and where you might see yourself within the field.
