Intern Program

The ECADRN Intern Program introduces high school and college students to Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) while supporting the growth of ECADRN. Through workshops and lectures, interns gain exposure to mediation, arbitration, and conflict resolution, while building transferable skills in research, communication, and collaboration.

The ECADRN Intern Program is ideal for students in law, conflict resolution, public service, or those seeking to contribute to an organization focused on access and early-career development in ADR. Play the video to hear former ECADRN interns share their experiences.

Spring & Fall Internships

These cohorts primarily consist of high school students. Interns meet weekly for structured learning, guided activities, and project collaboration. The internship is remote and runs for approximately 10 weeks. We are currently accepting applications for the Spring 2026 cohort! Please submit your resume to hanni@ecadrn.org

Summer Internship

These cohorts primarily consist of undergraduate and graduate students. Interns meet biweekly, allowing for more independent project work while maintaining regular mentorship and check-ins. The internship is remote and runs for approximately 10 weeks. If you are interested, please submit your resume to hanni@ecadrn.org

Volunteer

Interested in helping without a formal internship? ECADRN also welcomes volunteers who want to support our mission and programs. ECADRN volunteers can start anytime and volunteer for as long as they’re able, with a requested 12-week commitment. If you are interested, please submit your resume to hanni@ecadrn.org
