Panel Discussion 

ADR leaders Alan Symonette; Jeffrey T. Zaino, Regional VP of AAA’s Commercial Division; Katrina Nobles, Director of Conflict Programs for the Scheinman Institute on Conflict Resolution at the Cornell University ILR School; and Cassie Hemphill (Ph.D., CM, CVF, CP3), Owner of Confluence Training and President of the Montana Mediation Association, shared how they entered the field and offered advice for newcomers. This session was moderated by Ariel Silverman, a student at George Washington University Law School and Advisory Board Member of ECADRN.

Intern Voices

ECADRN member and previous intern Alivia Ayami-Dow Peters reflected on her path to ADR and her internship with ECADRN.

High school and college interns from past ECADRN programs shared what they learned about ADR and their experiences with ECADRN.
