Our Mission
Our mission is to empower and equip emerging Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) professionals from diverse racial, religious, economic, sexual orientation, and educational backgrounds with the skills, knowledge, and resources necessary to excel in the ADR field.
We are committed to fostering their growth and confidence as they become ethical and effective neutrals.
By promoting equitable access to ADR resources and encouraging peaceful conflict resolution, we aim to bridge gaps in access to justice for individuals and communities across the nation.

Hanni Wiegand
Chairperson/Chief Executive Officer
By day, Hanni is a mediator and HR consultant. Hanni aspires to be a dedicated neutral in labor and employment mediation, fostering empathy and empowering fair resolution, while guiding early-career professionals as they build their own paths in the ADR industry.

By day, Jane is a mediator and a business owner who helps families with financial planning and partners with law farms as a litigation paralegal. Jane aspires to made ADR a household name, ensuring that everyone understands and values the benefits of peaceful conflict resolution.
Valentina Racanati
Co-President
By day, Valentina is an Associate Director, Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution, Pepperdine University. Valentina aspires to empower the next generation of ADR professionals and peacemakers through teaching, coaching, and mentoring.
Noni Joysar
Vice President
By day, Noni is a mediator and legal consultant. Noni aspires to foster diversity by supporting international ADR professionals and guiding them on their journey to becoming established practitioners.

Chief Financial Officer
By day, Jordan is an Assistant Law Clerk at New York State Supreme Court, Civil Part, Bronx County. Jordan aspires to negotiate peace in the Middle East.
Viviane Pham
Secretary
By day, Viviane is a graduate student pursing a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling Program at Palo Alto University. Viviane aspires to incorporate peacebuilding and conflict resolution principles into the therapeutic practice while championing equity and inclusivity in ADR and counseling practices.

Dhairya Pujara
Dhairya Pujara is the Founder, CEO at Ycenter, where he has built programs for Sustainability, Entrepreneurship and Innovation in the last 12 years. Dhairya started his first company at the age of 19 solving the problem of affordability and accessibility to academic books in India. At Ycenter, he has built award winning Entrepreneurship and Social Innovation programs for universities and organizations in 30+ countries across 4 continents.

Ariel Silverman
Ariel earned a bachelor’s in Social Studies from Harvard College in 2023 and is currently a Yenching Scholar at Peking University pursuing a master’s in international relations. Ariel has lectured and given workshops around the world on the ideological roots of geopolitical conflict, specializing in salient issues of international law in the Asia-Pacific region.

Rebecca Mosquera
Rebeca is the current President of ArbitralWomen and a senior associate at Reed Smith’s New York office. She is a dual-qualified attorney in Panama and New York, with nearly fifteen years of experience in investor-state disputes and international commercial arbitrations. Her experience spans various industries, including renewable energy, oil & gas, infrastructure, construction, technology, real estate, and telecommunications.

Bonnie Fedchock
Bonnie Fedchock is an Adjunct Professor at Montana State University in Bozeman, Montana. Professor Fedchock teaches various courses in career readiness, business communication, and conflict resolution at the Jake Jabs College of Business and Entrepreneurship at Montana State.
