Terms & Conditions – Fundraising Ticket Sales

 

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the conditions below. We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

 1. Purpose
Ticket sales support our fundraising event. All proceeds go toward ECADRN's programs and mission.

2. Ticket Purchase
Tickets must be purchased through our approved sales channels. A ticket is only valid once payment has been received in full.

3. Refunds & Transfers
All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable. You may transfer your ticket to another person.

4. Event Changes
We reserve the right to change the date, time, location, or format of the event if necessary. In case of cancellation, ticket holders will be offered a replacement date or a donation credit.

5. Liability

Attendance is at your own risk. We are not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to property during the event.
